Reporting

NOTE:  All documents are provided in Adobe Acrobat Format.  The Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to read and print these documents.  It can be downloaded for free by following the following link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

If you have only Acrobat Reader  (and don't have full Adobe Acrobat), you cannot save or email filled in forms--you can only print them. If you try to save them, you will lose all of your  information and only get the blank form. You must print out your completed form to retain the information you typed into the form.

However, you  can save the form to your computer and fill it in each time you have a report and print it out--but you still cannot save the filled-in form unless you have full Adobe Acrobat.
